We endeavour to provide an environment that’s focused on creating a work-life balance for employees. Keeping the workplace relaxed, stress free and fun is an important goal for NIIT Tech. We have appointed special Managers, who come up ideas for events and celebrations, to keep the fun meter ticking in NIIT offices.  Being multi-cultural, NIITians the world over, celebrate festivals that are important in their respective geographies.

At the same time, NIIT Tech ensures that it never misses a birthday, a wedding anniversary or even the crossing of a momentous milestone. Even lil’ NIITians are key members of the extended NIIT family.

We regularly host team building exercises, off-sites, picnics and getaways in order to help you blend work with fun and bond with peers and seniors. Annual Day remains the highlight of our action roster, and is celebrated the world over. An event "of NIITians, by NIITians and for NIITians," it focuses on the achievements of the year gone by and envisions the road ahead.
